Learn the best way to collaborate in FireNet as a Guest Member!
Guest Membership is often the key to collaboration in the FireNet environment. This training will be an introductory walk-through of how users can sign into the FireNet MS Teams space with either another Agency account OR with another external email address. We’ll also review basic navigation within MS Teams, explore the chat feature, and share best practices for creating and editing files.

- How password resets work for Guest Members without a PIV card
